Together with Cornwall based tour operators Hucksters Lodge we have made it really easy for you to get away to the snow,

We are having an open day at the shop on the 5th of June and Chris from Hucksters will be on hand to chat about our holidays and answer any of your questions.This is also the last day when paying your deposit will upgrade you to the full 6 day Les Arcs skis pass.

For many years we have arranged holidays to the Vallandry, Les Arcs in the Paradiskis (Les Arcs/La Plagne) area which is one of the best in the world, with great snow records and offering a huge amount of skiing and boarding.

This season we are offering more dates including half term in both Vallandry and Slovenia and a choice of accommodation on most trips. Also for next year we are offering a unique flying / luggage carriage service. We all like the extra days skiing that we get from travelling by coach but some of you are not keen on the coach element. So for £60 we can take your skis and luggage to and from France and give you accommodation in France on the Friday evening. This gives you the chance to get cheaper Friday flights to Geneva and if you get a late flight on the departing Saturday you could have 7 1/2 days skiing! Also new for next season we are using the L'Oree De Cimes apartments in Vallandry which are very nice indeed and just across the road from our hotel. . Apart from the April we will give a six person apartment fpr four and an eight person for six so no one is sleeping in the lounge. You will still be eating the evening meal with us in the Mont Blanc and we will provide you with a breakfast pack.

In addition to Vallandry we are also offering trips to Bovec in Slovenia which has many very good reasons for you consider this year. The link to Sella Nevea is in place for the coming season giving Bovec a much bigger ski area for both on and off piste skiing. The cost of food and drink is a lot less in Slovenia compared to the rest of Europe, a beer on the mountain is still only €1.50!. Long weekends and short mid week breaks are available here so you can usually take advantage of any dumps of snow at short notice.

The reason we keep returning to Vallandry is that the situation is perfect.  The Hucksters Lodge is perched right on the edge of the piste, a moment's ski away from the chairlift and ski school meeting point and so far we have always been able to ski in and ski out. Ideal to return for lunch, either for a sandwich or a meal in the  attached  bar/restaurant that has a spacious sun terrace, great for relaxed lunches and sociable evenings - it really is hard to beat.

The coach option picks up from our shop in Plymouth, with strategic pick-up points along the way to Dover, leaving on a Friday so that we can usually get out on the mountain by Saturday morning.  Then on the final Saturday, we don't leave until late afternoon, so you can get up to seven and a half days skiing or boarding instead of the usual six.

We take a complete cross section of people; ages have ranged from 10 months to 76, with everything in between,  and the ability level extends from total novice to instructor, so there really is a place for everyone.

The prices include coach travel, half board accommodation and six day local area lift pass. If you choose to fly on the Saturdays the price includes transfers from Geneva and Chambery. We pick up at 12.00 and 18.00 on the Saturdays.
