We accept most credit cards apart from Amex and Diners, and personal cheques.
Until we find an online ordering and payment system we are happy with we would like you to phone the shop for your purchases. That way we can chat to you and establish that the product you have chosen is the right one for you and that it is in stock.
When you give us your card details we will send the goods by the following day either by Business Post or 1st Class Mail depending on the weight of the item(s). We will not process your card details until the day of dispatch.
If the payment is by cheque we reserve the right to wait for the cheque to clear before sending the goods.
We do have a Pay Pal account and the our email address for that is soundskis@aol.com

Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any point from the time of placing the order up to seven working days after the day you receive your goods. This upholds your right under European Law to a "cooling off" period.
To exercise this right please notify us by email, within seven working days from the day you receive your order, of your wish to cancel your order. If the goods have already been sent you will need to return them to us, with labels attached, and in their original packaging at your own cost.
Once we receive the goods we will process a refund, to the value of the goods, for you as quickly as possible. Please note that you have a duty to look after any goods you wish to return. They must be unused and in good condition when we receive them.
Returns Policy
If your selection proves unsuitable when it arrives, return it to us, unused, with labels attached and in its original packaging within 14 days of placing your order.
We will then we will refund you with the full value of the goods, or you can choose to use this amount of credit against a new order. You will need to cover your own costs for returning the item and it is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
